Overview

Connectr Talent Technology, a leading provider of scalable talent pooling and pre-boarding solutions, needed a standalone website to improve clarity, conversion, and credibility within its newly established business unit model. The original Connectr website lacked clear differentiation between its business units, causing confusion for customers and limiting engagement.

The Challenge

Before the project, the Connectr Talent Technology brand existed within a broader, multi-service website that failed to clearly differentiate its value proposition from the other business units. This led to several key challenges:

  • Lack of clarity: Users struggled to understand the specific solutions offered under Connectr Talent Technology.
  • Low engagement & conversion: The previous site’s structure didn’t resonate with the target audience, limiting demo bookings and sales engagement.
  • Brand consistency issues: The absence of a unified identity across digital touchpoints weakened credibility and trust in the marketplace

Additionally, the client had specific technical requirements for the new website:

  • Integrations with Zoho (CRM), Calendly (demo bookings)

  • Lightning-fast performance, achieving 90+ scores on Google Lighthouse.

Our approach

To create a high-converting, user-friendly website for Connectr Talent Technology, we focused on three key pillars: Clarity, Conversion, and Credibility—all while leveraging Webflow for a seamless, scalable build.

1. Improving Clarity

We streamlined navigation and worked with their team to refine messaging to eliminate confusion and ensure users immediately grasped Connectr’s value. This included:

  • A UX audit to pinpoint and resolve friction points.
  • A simplified sitemap and intuitive content structure.
  • Clear, high-impact landing pages tailored to early careers, employer brand, and talent acquisition professionals.
  • Refined messaging that clearly articulated key pain points and solutions.

2. Driving Conversions

Connectr Talent Technology’s primary goal was to increase engagement and demo bookings. To achieve this, we:

  • Designed a conversion-first UX with prominent, contextual CTAs.
  • Integrated Zoho and Calendly for seamless demo scheduling.
  • Optimised page layouts and content flow to reduce bounce rates.
  • Applied SEO best practices to boost organic visibility.

3. Building Credibility

To enhance trust and establish authority within the HR Technology space, we:

  • Created a visually cohesive UI aligned with Connectr’s evolving brand.
  • Designed hero visuals to showcase key product features.

  • Integrated testimonials, trust indicators, and WCAG AA accessibility compliance to ensure inclusivity and credibility.

Technology & Execution

The website was built on Webflow, providing Connectr’s team with an intuitive no-code CMS for easy content management. This move away from WordPress helped simplify site maintenance, and improve performance.
