Forme partnered with Connectr Talent Technology to create a dedicated digital home that would enhance customer understanding, drive conversions, and establish credibility within the HR technology industry.

Before the project, the Connectr Talent Technology brand existed within a broader, multi-service website that failed to clearly differentiate its value proposition from the other business units. This led to several key challenges:

- Low engagement & conversion: The previous site’s structure didn’t resonate with the target audience, limiting demo bookings and sales engagement.

To create a high-converting, user-friendly website for Connectr Talent Technology, we focused on three key pillars: Clarity, Conversion, and Credibility—all while leveraging Webflow for a seamless, scalable build.

- Integrated Zoho and Calendly for seamless demo scheduling.
- Optimised page layouts and content flow to reduce bounce rates.
- Applied SEO best practices to boost organic visibility.

Technology & Execution
The website was built on Webflow, providing Connectr’s team with an intuitive no-code CMS for easy content management. This move away from WordPress helped simplify site maintenance, and improve performance.
